Hello! I am Eklavya Choudhary, a Class 9 student and a passionate chess player.
My journey with chess began early, and through dedication and strategic study, I have achieved the title of State Chess Champion. Competing at high levels has taught me that chess is not just a game—it is a discipline of the mind.
I created Chess India to combine my two biggest passions: Mathematics and Chess. As a student developer, my mission is to use technology to bring the best chess resources to every aspiring player in India, completely free of cost.

Our Vision for Indian Chess
India is the birthplace of Chess (Chaturanga), and today, it is reclaiming its throne on the global stage. Inspired by the legendary Viswanathan Anand, who sparked a revolution, we are witnessing a golden era of Indian chess.
Vishy Anand's Role: As the first Grandmaster from India and a five-time World Champion, Vishy Anand paved the way for millions. His legacy is the foundation upon which young prodigies like Gukesh, Praggnanandhaa, and Arjun Erigaisi are building today.
My Role & Mission: My goal is to democratize chess access across the nation. I aim to provide a world-class, cheap platform where every Indian—from a village in Bihar to a metro city—can learn, play, and master the game.
